Good luck with the pumps if you use it during the season. if you play in the pack you can pretty much rule out doing any type of running low and driving low during a 2 hour practice.

has any one heard of drinking 2 tea spoons of apple cider vinegar after a meal, as it is supposed to speed up your metabolism. I know they also make that in pill form, Or is this all just and old wifes tale. vez
