    How much can you squat??

    Yeah BP is used as the bencmark (pun intented) WAY too often. I only just got back in the gym after almost a year off and can already squat 220 and deadlift 265, but my benchpress and chin up straight out suck thanks to my long monkey arms and heavy torso/lower body... :faint:
