I bought the Vanilla and it doesn't taste good at all. It tastes fine as long as you mix it with some OJ. I'll have to try the chocolate next time with milk. At least it isn't expensive like the nitro-crap.
10-12 hours of sleep? That is almost impossible for me because of school and other shit. Most of the time my body will wake me up after 8-9 hours at most on weekends. I'll go back to sleep but then wake up in another hour. I keep drifting in and out when trying to sleep for longer then 8-9...
How much sleep would be considered "enough" or "acceptable" for someone just trying to gain more muscle mass? Some nights I may get 4-5 hours because of school. Is this in anyway harmful to training? (Besides being tired) Thanks.
I usually drink vanilla optium with Orange Juice. Would that be bad in any ways? It tastes great though and the protein pieces makes you think it's pulp. :D

I recently bought a bottle of Centrum Performance and it says to take only 1 tablet a day. On other posts, I see people talking about taking a multi-vitamin three times a day. Should I just stick with one pill a day or is it safe to take more? I'm 18 years old.
