the pain is fucked up - I do site injections of suspension (bi's, tri's, delts, quads)
I go 100mgs 4 days a week, and 50mgs twice a week, 1-2 hours pre-workout. The 100mgs is before heavy workouts (legs, chest, back, delts, arms), and 50 before 'auxhilary' workouts (abs, traps, calves...
