ughhh Im slowly going down the tubes. I feel like crap. I skipped the gym for 5 days straight and ate like complete crap. All of my pants r so tight on me now, my mid section is HORRIBLE ... I started back up going to the gym yesterday and Im trying to work all of these extra lbs off :(

Im a vegatarian....on a low carb diet...but everything seems to have so many carbs in it...even fruit!!! Can u guys pleeeeease list any snacks u know of that are good for low carb diets w/ not too much fat in them...because i have no clue....:confused:
