I was looking at getting a schiek neoprene built but!! I am confused as to the 2 sizes....i.e do i go for a 4 3/4 or a 6 inch!!! I am about 6ft 1.... I have tried a 4 inch for a few reps and seemed ok...any ideas/comments/thoughts? Is there perhaps a particular body measurement i should take...
