Who has experience with training with Russian styles of weightlifting (frequent, speedy reps, high sets, low reps, plyometrics) I think that the bodybuilding approach underachieves in strength gains.:fro:

I am interested in learning more about Vince Gironda. What were his workouts, eating, etc. Anybody familiar with him. He dies a few years ago and want to know more about him.
Jumping rope . . .
If you have the strength already in tghe squat, you can use plyometrics. Jumping rope helps, but the act of refining your technique will help also.
