i would vote for vlc, but you should check out media monkey for audio...it's also compatible with ipods if you don't like itunes. try converting the flash video files with any video converter or something similar to see if it plays more stable

do what you want, but i think it would be more beneficial to have a 2 scoop shake, wait about 1-2 hours and have another 2 scoop shake. think of it as using a supplement or aas. you want a steady amount of protein/aminos coursing through your body all day.
