Video... Intro to Powerlifting...
The video is compressed with the Windows Media 9 codec. Even though I have Windows Media Player 9, I still had to download the codec. WMP failed to connect to the codec sserver more than once. Just keep trying to launch the movie, WMP will eventually connect to the codec server and SLOWLY...- usernumner9
