I've been dieting for the last month or so. Eating right doing cardio. Looking to throw in some gear to help me keep my gains but also help me lose the unwanted fat. What would you recommend and why?
I just wanted to know a good suggestion to cut and retain as much muscle as possible and lose as much fat possible. I'm about 5"9 and 219 lbs. Just wondering if I should do a test e and winny cut. Feed back is appreciated
