If it's such a retarded workout why do you feel the need to keep posting? This thread was just out of curiosity to see if anyone had tried it. Thanks to all of you with something decent to say and for keeping this place what its all about.
That's plates per side. Starts at 90 pounds and ends up at 900 pounds. And yeah it would probably destroy the average man but Frankenhouser isn't exactly average and from the looks of his legs I think he knows what works.
