    Ok so its not just the added fizzy drinks, but actually the alcohol as well - on the rocks only or with coke, its still gonna hit you (reasonably badly i assume). Any idea on in-depth info regarding the topic matter at hand. The more the brain see's the more determined a choice one can make.

    Yes its very possible, but also depends on current fitness level & dedication to the goal at hand, 5 weeks isnt really a long term goal more so a short term goal. I hope you dont mind alot of jogging/running - food intake change - dont really need to train hard though i guess you will work...
