a 6ml nizoral sachet contains 10mg ketaconizole, my question, is it recommended to use all of the contents inside the sachet in one bath? the instructions said 2 twice a week for 2 to 4 weeks and once for maintenance. should i follow the instructions?

what about using soap as shampoo?
