    So I've lost my gut this summer (wasn't too big to begin with, but was there) and the ole 6 pack is showing through, but there's some loose skin there. Will it tighten over time if I just keep eating right and doing my ab workout?

    seems like my problem is not combining carbs with protein at meals. I wish I could eat 5 meals a day but with school and work that just isn't feaseable. I'll do the best I can. Thanks for the input, it's already working
