last year dieted down from 264 to 230 and lost muscle and looked flat.thisyear i'm 242and want to get to 225 and not loose any muscle .

I had a broken jaw , the doc put plate & screws to fix my jaw .
At about 5 weeks started working out again , but could not strain my face lifting or anything else that might mess-up recovery , so take your time come back slow.
