well thanks yall for your information it has helped me open my eyes to the wide world of bodybuilding i hope soon to join the ranks of you big giant men lol i am going to start training monday just trying out some of the different plans you all have sugggested and see wich one i like the best...
all right im about 5 10 and 205 18 yrs and im not fat but im not ripped if ya know what i mean i look big and strong but im really not that strong and all of my coaches say if i just worked out i would be just huge so i want to know how can i do that or the steps i need to take like a good link...
