Protein Pancakes 1 egg 4-6 eggwhites 1 scoop potein powder 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and sweetner to taste Mix all together until it forms a batter, and cook as you would normal pancakes. Makes about 3. Use low sugar syrup too!
