Guys i need to lower my bf in 4 weeks and i need help... i'm about 12%, 220lbs, 6'1, 23yrs old... i just started taking 200mg of enanthate a week; 400mg of eq a week; and have 60cc's of winny and 30cc's of fina and not sure how to add them and cut the test a little so i can get shredded...

for this summer i'd like to see what my abs look like. i'm currently 6'1-6'2, 222lbs, and ~12%bf. i would just like to focus on getting shredded... maybe next winter bulk,but this winter was a loss due to working 70+hrs a week. i want to do... winny 50mg eod wk1-8 eq 400mg/week wk1-8 clen...

that happened to me before... also, if i was on the can doing my business and pushed too hard i'd blow a load too -weird, but due to too much test -not bad!

either way it's not worth the risk -protein works fine for me... not worth the headaches... protein is fine -i'm not a bodybuilder so i cant' be fussy! thanks!
