I couldnt find the 0% fat cottage cheese i bought the low fat one .. So do u think is this one good for my diet ? And i should only eat it be4 gym or i can include it with my mealz too ?
Honestly i know its really important to count ur carbs , but i dont really cuz im bad at it .. i still dont no the exact way of counting .. And btw oatmeals do you do it with milk or water ? Thanx fr the advice i gana get me the flax oil and fish oil ... I know there are better fat burner than...
