Nice! Im trying to get those 3 plates for bench, would be good to have that before starting a cycle. What accessory work did you do for bench then besides the 5x5? and how long did it take you to get from 275-315?

Right on, as you say I keep going up weight so ill probably just stay the same, just getting some different opinions out there. 5x5 is working solid, almost every week a 10lb pr so far!

Not quite sure if i'm reading your post right, but your saying that I should run hcgenerate during the last two weeks after my last pin? I thought that I should stop with the last pin, because of the suppression on the LH. (And then wait two weeks till PCT like you said)

right on, thanks. :) so far the change would be the addition of Forma Stanzol instead of armidex, and then ill get some HCGenerate as well

Oh sweet, hows it going so far? The reason i'm not using HCGenerate is based on price, ill look into Forma Stanzol though. Are you saying instead of armidex as an AI?

Going to be trying my first AAS cycle in January, have done one PH cycle before with great results (Hdrol). So far it looks like this.... -10 weeks of 500mg test E, shot twice a week at 250mg -HCG ending with my last shot of test, then going in to PCT -PCT is 4 weeks with... -Tamoxifen (40mg...
