    Shoulders are my favorite... Arnold dumbbell press-3sets x10 Pull ups- 3sets x10(use weighted belt if they become easy) Shoulder press-3sets x10(increase weight with each set) Those are the three that helped me the most!

    After doing a certain workout plan for so long it seems you hit a wall. I did my share of size growth with only pre workouts. I now want a mega-toning work out plan, anybody have successful suggestions and or plans to include diets. Also my brother recommended some kind of fasting?
