4-6 rep's with bb, 30 second break...4-6 rep's with dumbbells.
2 minute rest...start again for 4 sets.
Worked really well...both for mass and strength

and 10g's Creatine/Glutamine mix immediately post workout.
The createine/glutamine is really great. Called SynthVol II by EAS. I like it a lot.
There's an excellent gym downtown...I can't remember the name...maybe a Gold's gym or something. A little pricey but it's supposed to be one of the best. Maybe around 4th or 5th avenue
