amen...training is a very personal thing and what works for one may not work for another.
i knew a guy who was natural at 5'4" and close to 200 at 7% who would do 18 sets just on shoulder day.
as a change from the usual, the other day i saw a kid working out who i actually respected.
he's probably about 5'7" maybe 120 lbs. soaking wet...no lie.
he comes in with a little notebook (where someone obvisouly had written a plan for him) and starts doing a fucking hardcore 5 X 5 routine...
