    It's common knowledge that you need more than your maintanince calories to gain muscle. I started a job unloading trucks, and I guarantee that during this time I ate well below maintinance, I lost a good amount of fat BUT my forearms got noticably bigger and more vascular. Can someone explain?

    if u go above target heart rate - 65ish %, then soon thereafter the body cannot keep up with energy supply through just fat, so it mobilizes protein also at that point, which is catabolic, so stay at 65

    no, no and no - no way in hell u wanna take that shit when ur 17, theres so much evidence against it - i am 19, close to 20 and i have some s1+, but not using it til i'm at least 20 and a half or 21, thought i am tempted to use it, i know i will fuck up my hormone levels, height, and everything else
