Do the two taste different at all? My Mom fed me plain oatmeal with milk while growing up, so I am curious if there is any reason I have never tried steel cut before.
I am curious, for the run he is doing, should he still be taking 50g of protein just for after the run? I am with a similar breakfast after my run, 1 cup of oats and a grapefruit.
Are there any good to decent morning cereal to eat with milk, that are good that don't taste awful? Please do not count oatmeal as the answer. BTW if you come up with a cereal please do tell if you add any fruits or whatever to the cereal.

I always hated cottage cheese. But mentioning getting the one with fat, it tastes so much better. Also been using this instead of Mayo in my tuna. Have been making tuna for others and they can't even tell there is no mayo anymore.
I am pretty new to this but it seems like my body changed more rapidly since I started using Big Blast from protein factory. I also really like Lipoflame and Amp, those things make me able to work out much longer than without.
