Ok I forgot to Mention that with last weeks weight loss, I replaced my lunch with a pro complex bar or tri o plex bar just to test... and I still lost weight fine and still around 1500-1800 calorie a day.

AM cardio is what I am talking about, I hear alot of people saying to burn fat do exercise without any food!.
