There is one word that havent been mentioned here: FOOD !!!!! If you only gained 7 ib on tren/prop you didnt eat enough. The 7 ib could easily be gained without as. I have gained nearly 9 kilo on 3 months on food and hard training.

I've read alot of posts about the "normal" use of anti e's like arimedex or femera. But what did they do for you, when it comes to moodchanges and depression during cycle due to higher estrogen levels ?

im gonna do 250 mg sust e3d 8 weeks 200 mg npp e3d 8 weeks maybe dbol 40 mg ed (4 week kick) arimedex to prevent estrogensides (depression, fat for me) nolva on hand for gyno (never had it though) Nolva pct..... CANT WAIT !!!!!!! :p
