it is the diet with more sense , altought , the warrior diet is good.
im following it , prety nice , but u have to be strict , no rice , no oatmeal , no pasta , no bread , only fruits , vegetables and meat. no whey also =(
im with 1800 calories on lifting days and im loosing arround 3 lbs every 2 weeks, im thinking to throw in a week of bulking for not adapt my body to the low calorie. What would be a good calorie intake for a bulking phase ?
