    Gotcha! Thanks for the info guys.. Been a big help! I think I might go to the doc and maybe get an MRI anyway to see if I did any damage. That crackle pop was pretty loud and maybe my tendon partially came off the bone.. dunno.. Thanks again!

    From all this information it seems to be that I should stick with barbell pressing only and stay away from straight bar presses. Also, does anyone have any links or any routines that I could start that consist of higher reps? I agree with you, Big JM, that I am going to change my lifting...

    Hey, Thanks for the quick replies. So I can gain weight with reps of 10-15??? That would be great, I've always had the impression that reps of 6-8 are the mass building reps. I'm 24 years old. GH is out of the picture. I think I'm going to do a EQ/SUST/FINA, something along those lines...

    I've already been lifting for about 5 months. I'm back into the 6-8 rep range. I've gone from 25lb DB's for flat bench to 95lbs DB for flat bench for 6 reps. So I think I'm okay... As I said.. I'm doing 500mgs of Sust and EQ with it.. So I think I should be okay.. What do you think?
