Workout #1
Switched Friday and Wednesday workouts around so that squats and deads would be furthest apart. So here is day one:
Weighted Dips
bw+10 5x5
Pullovers
65 2x10
Squats
165 5x5
225 1x1
245 1x1
I couldn't resist hitting a couple of singles just to see how much gas was left in the tank...
Simple answer to that: I don't like training on consecutive days. Since chest is the only day that my lower back isn't fried (cleans & deads) I put legs with chest.
