I'm beginning to start back in the gym again, and i want to make sure I put together the right package and recommended dosage per week.
I used gear (test 250) when I was playing baseball in jr. College and never really did things right just took it like everyone else, I'm 6'5 and started out...
i'm trainning monday-friday and then either sat or sunday i try and do just a light rep of arms and chest again.... adn i want to meet my goal as fast as i can, no matter what... i know it takes time especially to gain 30-40lbs of muscle but i just need help with the start off it.... ex...
every time that i take either test prop or winny, i knot up immediately, get the flu symptoms, sore... is there a reason why it does this everytime, and are there somethings that i can do to prevent this from happenning EVERY time..?
