Yes it works on its own but in most things why wouldn't you want to maximize full benefits. I wouldn't run anything without at least a baseline of test, throw in some IGF-LR3 and make a superman cycle.. Plan on at least 4-6 months for really noticeable results. Plenty of kinds of GH available...

It comes and goes on most cycles. I run through weeks the tiredness just throws me down.. It's all worth it in the end however if you power through it.

I'm not a big fan of orals myself. I would consider kick starting week 1-4 with Test Prop along with your Test 250 @ 1mg/wk. EOD on the prop and you'll still be ingesting 400mg of Test. Week 5 I would add another 250mg of Test E making your weekly consumption at 500mg which is more than plenty...
