I throw and I lift powerlift style, low sets low reps, I do cardio in the morning about 3 times a week. I am 6'5.5" 285 lbs 21 years old. I want to still be able to throw and lift but I want to change up my diet to get rid of some of the useless weight. What kinds of plans would you recommend...
