I've recently obtained a problem,
Everytime I do anything that winds me I feel like someones stabbing me in the chest.
Should I get this checked out or is it a possible pulled chest muscle?
My friends want to try to max today, I just recently started doing (5x5) but I'm doing it with 175
I don't want to jump to a high weight and hurt myself so I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on what I should start with?
I don't know if body weight will help but I'm 135
Age-17
Weight-135
Height-5'6"
Bench- 170 (5by5) recently started this
I do plenty of workouts and have access to a gym everyday, I got a good body I can post pics later.
My goal is to gain weight, increase bench, and maintain my abs.
