    What kind of routine does he do? In particular how many reps + sets does he do per exercise? I usually do about 6 sets per exercise but thinking about reducing them to 2-3. what do you think?

    thanks for the advice Terminator, I do eat loads of protein about 180 grmas a day. Carbs and clories are where the problem lie, I get 900 from a weight gainer and struggle to make the rest up to 2500. Suppose I'll get used to it though. Any tips on getting extra calories?
