i know this sounds gay, but i've heared a lot of guys here saying that they're peckers slightly curved.

yes, you will gain muscle size quicker using reps in the range 8-12. 4 reps is too low for adding size. (power lifters use low reps to train for strength), bodybuilders who train for muscle size use higher reps.
nah that guy didnt use steroids...i can see how people think he did though, 35lbs of muscle in 12 weeks is a lot!!( espescially when hed been lifting for 6 years previously without results)
