i have recently started doing a serious h2o load prior to my work out drinking like a litre and a half of water. I have found that i feel fuller during my workout feels like a creatine pump.
i wonder if there is anyone who has tried this form of loading. It works for me.
I disagree
I think dumbell presses are better than military presses because u get a better range of motion. dont go to heavy behind the neck its hard on the rotator cuffs.
I usually go with front military press and dumbell presses.
So far I like the feedback I will begin this routine and examine my growth on a month basis if i see good results i will recommend this to u guys. I think i will stick with the pull overs for a while longer.
I usually do my pull overs with arms bent at the elbows. I find the straighter the arm the more lat tension is created. I kinda like pull overs.
Ive been told they are a good finishing movement for chest.
I just started doing decline presses for the first time and to be honest they feel more comfortable then doing flats. The decline bench is the least used equipment in my gym. I am wondering how many of u guys do decline bench and do u prefer it to flats?
Here is my new chest routine.
Monday...
First Ive never heard of creatine causing u to sweat more. I sweat more if i am on a fat burner. I have been told that training causes ur pores to open up a bit more and as months go by u begin to sweat more intensely in ur workouts.
I think i saw an article like that too and I also saw articles stating the many benefits to using lots of vitamin C. I guess the reactions are mixed. I remember listing to a doctor on radio talk about how vitamin c is used to treat cancer patients in Germany so all i can say is use what works...
hey spoofer
One of my colleagues told me to supplement with extra vitamin E as well, he says it helps the body to build new pathways (viens and stuff). Do u think i should, since u seem to know ur vitamins.
