Cardio in the AM. If you can, separate your weights session at least 4 hours apart. I have tried almost every variable and that seems to work the best.

Depends how late you workout, for those who workout before bed then I wouldn't suggest it. Otherwise yeah, a few carbs before your workout(not cardio) won't hurt.

Morning cardio would combat it, but it's all about your portions bro. Theres a chip called Rice Works. They are so damn good. They are made of brown rice. If you are craving then I suggest you go that route.
I had some sust that no matter where I injected it made the area feel like I got hit with a bat (Crash Gear). Have you done it before or this your first inject with it? Could be possible.
