    4 month transformation.

    Hey guys, Just uploading a few pics of my 4 month weight loss transformation so far. From 85kg to 72kg. Diet is 1950 cals, 170 p, 190 c, 60 f. Gym 4 times a week. Eating my calories in a 4 hour window and fasting the rest. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

    Losing weight

    Hey all, first post here. I just bought this stuff called Perfect Protein by Aussie bodies, it has a PCF rating of 30:3:1 and I was wondering if this is good. I am looking to lose weight, I have a reasonable diet with no junk food, soft drinks etc. I have been goin to the gym for a few months...
