    just do your workouts the days the CKD manual says to, because when you are in Ketosis, what fuel will you have to supply your muscles with? None, and you will actually start to see muscle loss...

    just during your carb up day i would recommend, because during days 1-6 you shouldn't even be taking in over 30g of carbs all day long...

    ALA will shuttle carbs into your muscles on carb up days, which in turn will help you deplete your glycogen storage faster after a carb up day, which is probably the hardest time to get into ketosis since you just ingested a shit load of carbs...

    never eat over 6g of carbs with one meal, and don't consume over 20g of carbs in one day, this is just one MR. X's rule of thumbs, all ppl are different, so get a glucometer to see what works for you....

    Mr. X, Just wondering if we can exceed the amount of cardio that you have down in the CKD manual? Can i do more than one session of cardio per day?

    why do you only want to train two times Mr. X?? i know keto is for losing fat, but won't we see muscle loss from this as well?? Here is my workout: MOnday: chest, tri's, cardio Tuesday: back, bi's,cardio Wed: legs, shoulders, abs repeat, and then rest on sunday.....

    what type of nuts can be eaten? I have been reading some old posts where you state that it is ok to use natty pb to eat Mr. X, is this really ok to eat while in Ketosis or just on carb up days? And also, is splendala that good to use since it has some sugar in it?
