Help me out guys I finished my SUst/Winny cycle 2 months ago, did clomid at the end and also .5mg or arimidex through the whole thing. Two months after the end of clomid my nipples started hurting a lot and I have a small lump (very small) under de left nipple I had some left over arimidex...

Are there any supplements that can lower estrogen? I heard zinc can help a bit.... what else?

PROVIRON+CLOMID you sure proviron won't shut your htpa down? so it's okay to run proviron with clomid!!?
