    I need a better workout. help !

    Right at the moment i usually do 30mins to 50mins workout on my home gym/olympic bar 3x a week, depending on work. I do the obvious, squats, curling, dead lift, bench and peck-deck. But what other lifts would benefit me as i do get a little bored with the same old workout. p/s pic's of how...

    My workout actually any good?

    40 crunch's; 40 press-up's. 50lb bar; 2x10 80lb bench press 2x15 50lb reverse curls (bar) 3x20 50lb normal curls (bar) 2x100lb Peck Deck What do you think of it? And any tips on how to improve it. Thanks :)
