Sorry to tell you this, but i dont think it is possible. I have been running cross country for 3 years and it takes me about 3 months to drop from say 20 minutes to 18 minutes for a 5 k run.
You might be able to knock off at least a few minutes but you wont be able to cut your time in half...

I dont know if its just stress thats making me sweat but what, most of the time i start to sweat under the arms even before lifting. It just gets worse when i am lifting. I dont know how to make this stop. Im 18, and i have had problems with this in the past. PLEASE HELP ME

Does adding milk to whey protien slow down the digestion any? Or does the whey get used up just as it would with water? I always mix mine with skim or 1% milk.
