hey, well said. but you need realize tornel is an underdosed product, so you're not actually using 500mg.

it may get you there, but I can about garantee 500mgs will, probably a little more than 10- 15 lbs. and tornel is under dosed so i think you have to use more. and it will be quite noticable quickly, espescialy to others.

haven't used the tornel sust 250, but thier 200mg enanthate ..underdosed as it may be is good..., but i would get another bottle of the sust and run it at 500mg. think you will be happier with results. hope it's good stuff, it would be a very cheap sust...but i haven't heard anything good about...

Good luck, you'll most likely get some quite staggering gains on a first cycle that's well set up.

If you plan on running 500mg wk, a good frontload would be 1000mg the first wk, or 750mg for the first 2.
