    all the reps / sets u are doing will only burn prescious cals. if u want mass on your abs then u need to use weight . try taking like fifty +/- pounds and doing like 3 sets of crunches for like 6-8 reps

    ok well...the dumbells only go up to 65 lol any type of free weight squatis banned because of the dangerous nature ...wich doesnt make any sense because u can get hurt just as easily on things like the bench press.

    ok well at the present time the only gym i can go to is the one in my highscool. it has everything except a squat rack, it was taken out because some dumb-ass kids tried going heavy without a spotter and got hurt. so im stuck with the leg press ,smith machine, and the leg ext/curl machine. so...

    my friends are always telling me that i look bigger than i wiegh(180) especialy for my hieght which is 6'1. so im wondering if someone could critique my measurements and tell me where i stand . all are taken cold chest 42.5 (lats relaxed) arms 15 waist 32.3 neck 14.75 thighs 25 calves 16
