The only critique I have for you Widelat... is that you abs look absolutely sinful to me!!... they resemble nice blocks of Cadbury Milk Chocolate!

Robboe... acupuncture and acupressure are two different methods... acupuncture uses needles whilst acupressure is more like a massage...
Man I tell you... I hurt my right delt a few months ago and had physiotherapy (medical insurance covered)... it was OK... but this acupressure massage master...
Angles??
I know this thread is about weight... but what about angles of incline?? 45? more? or less?
I'm doing a little steeper than 45 degrees because my upper chest is relatively weak.
You are very lucky man!!... finding a compatible training partner is as difficult, if not more, as finding your other half!! :)
I 'can' workout alone... but I prefer with a partner... I like pushing my partner and I like the little 'competition' there...
DAMN IT!!... I strained my traps on Wednesday when I was pushing the LAST rep of heavy shoulder presses.... my mind slipped and lost the concentration and got fxxked!!!... it was so bad I couldn't even move my head backward... the whole traps just froze up!!....

I'm doing 5 sets of 5 reps same weight (heavy!) flat bench press... then 2 sets of dumbell flyes of 8-10 reps and 2 sets of incline flyes of 8 to 10 too... so far so good!
IMO, I think the ideal situation is to find a doc who takes juices himself/herself!... not easy... more difficult than finding a training partner I tell you!
This doc who's giving me deca shots is introduced to be by a friend who is also taking getting the shots from him... kind of 'word of...
