    Every other week, at the end of leg day, I push my car 1/4 mile while my training partner steers. Then turn it an come back. It has done wonders for my hams and calves. Plus, sets of standing calf raises twice a week and my calves aren't lagging as much as they used to.

    Just keep working out man. You're complicating this. Go get a full body routine. Start googling. It takes research to find what is gonna be for you. And if you wanna be better at Pullups...just keep attempting them. A couple times a week, close your workout and give em a go.

    No...you CAN do Pullups. You may not be good at them, but you can build. I used to be able to do 1, maybe two, at first, but these days, I have no problem banging out 15-20 per set. It takes practice and diligence. Don't shy away from something just because you aren't good at it.

    Determine what maintenance is, and then eat 500cal over that. Remember that... Protein- 7cal = 1gram Fat- 4cal = 1gram Carbs- 4cal = 1gram So if 3,500cal is goal... @ 50%P, 20%F, 30%C 250g P, 100g F, 150C ^^that' just an example of how to do a breakdown and track your exact figures.^^...

    ^^this is the ticket^^ I also have sweet potato powder for my carb source in addition to just using oats. It's cheaper and easy to adjust to precisely what your goals are. Keep that sugar low, and experiment.
