Tried this today and it was a good change from the norm. I'll probably do it more often. Normally I poach four eggs which takes a lot longer to make and definitely gets old quick.

Good luck getting back and definitely take it slow. I had bilateral hernia repair in 2007 and to this day I still have residual pains (from the mesh maybe?) that limit what I can do with squats and deadlifts. Last thing I want is another operation.

What dosage of ephedrine are you taking? I have taken two doses so far and haven't noticed a thing physiologically.

Going to check this out as my first cycle. I'll be adding it to my current GH regimen. I was going to try dbol as a first cycle but that fell through- this should make a good replacement I figure.

Has anyone encountered this? I just opened two bags of frozen chicken breasts from Meijer and a few of the breasts from both bags have some sort of green mucus-like stuff on them mixed in with the ice found on the breasts.. not very big amounts but still disconcerting.

My PWO shake consists of: 1/2 cup 2% milk (water during cutting cycles) 1 tbsp peanut butter 4 scoops monster mass 1 tbsp bovine plasma protein 5g creatine monohydrate 1/4 cup oats 1/4 cup blueberries 1 banana 3 ice cubes

I've been doing this as well for about three weeks, definitely can see more size than before I started it and nothing else has changed in my recent routine

What would be a wise addition to a dbol-only cycle at 10mg day? Anything to assist the body along the cycle? Also what PCT would be recommended after this type of cycle? I would be adding it to my current 4iu GH regimen I'm currently on.
