    help with my diet

    Workout plan looks good. Add some fats to your diet. Have 3 meals of fat+pro, and 3 meals pro+carbs. Never eat fat+carbs. But you can have fat+pro plus less than 1o grams carbs but not too often. If you have the money, you can add ala to your diet to get you cut and pack on muscle. :martini:
