When doing a true 20rep squat routine by the time I get to 15reps It's ten seconds to get my breath and courage together to drop into the hole again....the 20th rep should seem miles away and not worth the pain to get to it......It's extremely effective and a hardcore method of training that...

lol, I've never been concerned with how I look, if your pulling 405 for sets of 5 across you'll look like it plus I like food. strength is my main goal.
As of now I'm tossing around the turanibol stack with derma lv or the oral derma phyto stack with sarms s-4. Goals are pretty much strength with as much fat-loss as a shitty diet will allow.
